Description

Own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, bridging business needs with technical execution while ensuring quality assurance through rigorous testing and documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Develop process flows, use cases, user stories with acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps using Agile methodologies.
• Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and detailed test cases; manage defect logging and track resolution in Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered solutions against quality standards, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and assist with training materials.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance roles.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or JIRA for managing epics, features, user stories, and project lifecycles.
• Strong ability to create as-is/to-be process flows and content using tools like Figma or Visio.
• Deep understanding of BA, QA, and DEV roles and responsibilities within Agile project management frameworks.
• Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and test plans.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Proven track record of supporting system demonstrations and production validation.
