Description

You will support workforce development applications including OSMIS, Career Explorer, MAERS, and IMPACT. You will bridge business needs with technical implementation through rigorous analysis and testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering and business process analysis to assess "As Is" and "To Be" workflows.
• Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, interviews, and focus groups to collect end-user requirements.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and wireframes in collaboration with product development teams.
• Execute software testing including regression, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans within Microsoft Azure, Excel, and Word.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst conducting JAD sessions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with RDBMS and SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Experience managing requirements and documentation in Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to document technical specifications and maintain reusable scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in Sprint ceremonies.
• Experience with SAP BO.
