Description

You will own system analysis, configuration, and documentation for the M365 GCC ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) environments.
• Investigate and assess the impact of product changes on enterprise M365 implementations.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate technical findings clearly within the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Configuration.
• 3+ years of experience preparing technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
