System Analyst 6

You will own the full lifecycle of vital records applications, from requirement gathering to UAT and support.

Responsibilities

• Write high-level functional requirement documents and detailed functional designs for stakeholder approval.
• Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including gathering requirements and writing technical specifications for complex projects.
• Develop user stories, task breakdowns, and prototypes for agile development initiatives.
• Design, develop, and implement test plans and test cases to ensure program logic accuracy.
• Maintain system documentation, training materials, and user manuals following system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience for complex computer systems.
• 8+ years of experience developing functional requirements for development projects.
• 8+ years of experience developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
• 8+ years of experience creating, updating, and maintaining systems documentation and training materials.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Agile development processes, including test-driven development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar requirements and test case tracking applications.
• Experience working with HIPAA data.
• Proficiency in gap analysis and SDLC execution.
