Description

You will bridge the gap between customers and technical teams to define, validate, and verify system requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to facilitate requirement gathering.
• Perform software testing to ensure system alignment with documented requirements.
• Manage and query data using RDBMS and SQL.
• Support onsite requirements at the Lansing or Detroit office.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a System or Business Analyst.
• Proven experience conducting JAD sessions and requirement gathering.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing.
• 1+ years of experience with RDBMS and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
