Description

You will act as a techno-functional expert managing applications, integrations, and system automation within the banking and customer service domain.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects following SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Analyze problem areas identified by business stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions.
• Own all aspects of assigned project work to ensure successful completion.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders across departments to track and drive deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical or functional roles.
• Proficiency with SDLC and Agile models.
• Hands-on experience with CRMNext or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience performing API integrations.
• Working knowledge of ESB and Node JS.
• Strong database skills using SQL or Oracle.
• Foundational knowledge of Java or .NET programming languages.
• Understanding of system architecture, operating systems, and data structures.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
