Description

You will translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure solution alignment through stakeholder collaboration and system validation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements, technical design documents (TDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
• Create high-level process flow diagrams, designs, and traceability matrices to validate solution alignment.
• Manage stakeholders including project sponsors, architects, and IT leadership to communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Validate system changes, perform high-level UAT, and resolve issues preventing testing sign-off.
• Research industry trends and integration methods to apply to solution development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and business requirement documentation.
• Proficiency with Java 1.6 and higher, including J2EE frameworks (Apache Struts, JSF, Spring).
• Hands-on experience with Junit, log4j, and build tools like Ant or Maven.
• Database experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle 11g, or MySQL, including stored procedures, triggers, and views.
• Knowledge of ASP and JavaScript.
• Experience with source code management tools such as CVS or Subversion.
• Proven ability to integrate multiple systems and automate data sharing processes.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• Experience with JBOSS 5.0 or higher.
