Description

You will define requirements and document processes for systems handling Recovery Accounting, focusing on Consumer Loan and Credit Card charge-offs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document and evaluate current business and technical processes for charge-off operations.
• Gather data to identify systems, contacts, process gaps, and third-party vendors.
• Read source code in COBOL, JAVA, and Lotus Notes to clarify processes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate to define features for new charge-off processes for Consumer Loans and Credit Cards.
• Evaluate automated processes and document improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of creating Open API Specifications per REST standards.
• Experience deploying API proxies on MuleSoft Flex Gateway.
• Familiarity with integrating services using DB2, SOAP, Mainframe, and REST.
• Ability to read and understand COBOL, JAVA, and Lotus Notes source code.
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mainframe integration beyond basic familiarity.
