Description

You will lead the migration of legacy Mainframe systems to modern Java-based architectures, handling code refactoring, service development, and API integration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refactor legacy Mainframe code and system documentation.
• Develop and implement microservices using Spring Boot.
• Design and consume REST and Open API endpoints.
• Integrate systems using SOAP services and MuleSoft Flex Gateway.
• Interpret legacy documentation to ensure accurate system transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in Java and/or COBOL.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and Open API specifications.
• Knowledge of SOAP services and MuleSoft Flex Gateway.
• Familiarity with Lotus Notes and DB2 integration.
