Description

Manage workstation hardware and software deployment, technical support, and maintenance for in-house and remote users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, image, and support laptops, desktops, and peripherals for local and remote users.
• Troubleshoot workstation and peripheral issues via remote diagnostics and in-person support.
• Configure desktop applications and ensure equipment complies with IT policies.
• Manage data backup and recovery processes with high attention to detail.
• Sanitize surplus electronic equipment and perform disk wiping to DoD standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and C.
• Hands-on experience with hardware deployment and technical support.
• Ability to install and support network devices providing business-critical services.
• Experience managing hardware surplus and equipment relocation projects.
• Strong skills in systems analysis and data analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
