You will define and design user experiences for complex enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user research and journey mapping to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies adhering to accessibility and branding standards.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into design solutions.
  • Apply UX design principles to create responsive, accessible web and mobile interfaces.
  • Design user interfaces for systems incorporating AI/ML, focusing on human-AI interaction.
  • Required Skills

    • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing UI/UX for enterprise systems, including wireframes and prototypes.
    • Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
    • Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to align design with business needs.
    • Experience applying UX principles (hierarchy, contrast, alignment) for responsive and accessible interfaces.
    • Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles.
    • Knowledge of WCAG and other accessibility guidelines.
    • Experience designing for complex business logic and regulatory requirements in domains like finance or healthcare.
    • Demonstrated ability to present complex data and AI insights clearly through visualization.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience designing graphical diagrams to communicate system architecture and workflows.
    • Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's degree
