You will define and design user experiences for complex enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research and journey mapping to uncover optimization opportunities.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies adhering to accessibility and branding standards.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into design solutions.
- Apply UX design principles to create responsive, accessible web and mobile interfaces.
- Design user interfaces for systems incorporating AI/ML, focusing on human-AI interaction.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing UI/UX for enterprise systems, including wireframes and prototypes.
- Proficiency with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to align design with business needs.
- Experience applying UX principles (hierarchy, contrast, alignment) for responsive and accessible interfaces.
- Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles.
- Knowledge of WCAG and other accessibility guidelines.
- Experience designing for complex business logic and regulatory requirements in domains like finance or healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex data and AI insights clearly through visualization.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing graphical diagrams to communicate system architecture and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
