Description

Act as the technical lead for deliverables, analyzing and troubleshooting complex systems with minimal supervision.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead project deliverables and manage workflows independently.
• Troubleshoot system issues using AWS logs, databases, and Splunk.
• Execute SQL and Oracle queries for deep-dive data analysis.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Apply development or QA background to system analysis tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in system analysis or a related technical role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle queries.
• Proficiency in database management and querying.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting within AWS environments.
• Practical experience using Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Knowledge of ISO wire formats.
• Background in the payments domain.
• Technical background in software development or QA.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
