Description

You will act as the primary analyst bridging business needs and system functionality for PeopleSoft FSCM implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business and operational processes to recommend improvements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 module implementations.
• Map data flows between legacy systems and PeopleSoft or third-party interfaces.
• Execute hands-on end-to-end and integration testing across systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
• 8+ years in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations.
• 8+ years in requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis with SMEs.
• 8+ years in end-to-end system integration testing with third-party systems.
• 4+ years proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• 4+ years of experience with Federal/State/Local Government agencies.
• 2+ years in Asset Management, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger modules.
• 2+ years with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• 2+ years with SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of experience in Jira and Scrum Framework.
