Description

You will serve as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert for a 6-month, part-time engagement, delivering technical guidance, support, and training.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Train users on Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, data extensions, permissions, and automated sends.
• Develop and publish training materials, one-pagers, and instructional resources for basic and advanced functions.
• Perform root cause analysis and production support to isolate issues across Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud integrations.
• Manage technical configurations such as AMPscript updates, template creation, and folder/component permission segregation.
• Audit data flows between Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud to identify and mitigate integration issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and support.
• Proven experience in production support and problem-solving for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integrations.
• Expertise in configuring Journey Builder, data extensions, and automated sends.
• Proficiency in updating AMPscript and creating email templates.
• Experience facilitating training sessions and publishing technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for user training and stakeholder management.
• Ability to perform regular audits on data synchronization between Salesforce clouds.
