Description

Lead implementation of NERC/CIP and security requirements within electric utility environments, managing projects from design through field installation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project implementation for NERC/CIP and security requirements from design through field installation.
• Synchronize and maintain ADMS and EMS 24/7 real-time control systems for CIP project deployment.
• Coordinate utility projects by managing vendors and internal workgroups.
• Interpret circuit maps, electrical drawings, control diagrams, and charts for electrical facilities.
• Ensure compliance with NERC, FERC, ERCOT, and TX PUC regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project lead experience supporting NERC/CIP and security requirements.
• 8+ years of experience with electric utility systems including DNP, ICCP, UNIX, RTU, and ICG.
• 8+ years of experience in project coordination within a utility setting.
• 8+ years of experience implementing utility projects from design to field installation, including RTAC or SEL design.
• 8+ years of experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and control diagrams.
• 8+ years of experience in electric transmission and distribution.
• 8+ years of experience coordinating with vendors and multi-disciplinary workgroups.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of experience with SCADA, EMS, or ADMS validation and testing procedures.
• 8+ years of experience with electrical network equipment in substations or ICS systems.
