Description
You will manage and support various HRIS tasks and projects within the Workday ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and future state HR business processes to document requirements and design system enhancements.
- Configure and unit test solutions in Workday, including building test scripts and coordinating UAT.
- Manage data stewardship and data management tasks, including EIB loads.
- Collaborate with Workday security Admins to implement required security changes for new solutions.
- Lead bi-annual Workday release processes and support production rollouts and change management.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience working with Workday HR in an HRIS role.
- Strong configuration experience in Workday HRIS, Manager and Employee self-service, Core Compensation, and/or Advanced compensation.
- Proficiency in Performance Management and Talent Management modules.
- Experience with Workday reporting, including complex reports and calculated fields.
- Hands-on experience with Workday data management and EIB loads.
- Solid understanding of Workday security principles.
- Knowledge of systems implementation, change management, and testing methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and Visio.
- Experience with Workday Extend.
