Description

You will manage business requirements and functional solution aspects throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze stakeholder needs, scope problems, and develop business cases to address requirements.
  • Document requirements, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions that fit stakeholder needs.
  • Develop quality assurance deliverables, including test plans, test cases, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Conduct system integration tests with external parties to validate data exchange and expected outcomes.
  • Perform impact analysis on defect fixes and work with development teams to improve system behavior.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
  • Proven track record in business analysis, application solutioning, and design.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools.
  • Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with analytics and data warehouse implementations.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops to elicit, manage, and prioritize business needs.

Preferred Skills

  • CCBA or CBAP certification.
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Business Process Reengineering, CRM, Data Analytics, ERP, or Knowledge Management.
  • Experience with design thinking and workshop facilitation.

Education

Any Graduate
