You will manage business requirements and functional solution aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Analyze stakeholder needs, scope problems, and develop business cases to address requirements.
- Document requirements, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions that fit stakeholder needs.
- Develop quality assurance deliverables, including test plans, test cases, and automated testing frameworks.
- Conduct system integration tests with external parties to validate data exchange and expected outcomes.
- Perform impact analysis on defect fixes and work with development teams to improve system behavior.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.
- Proven track record in business analysis, application solutioning, and design.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools.
- Ability to perform qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience with analytics and data warehouse implementations.
- Ability to facilitate workshops to elicit, manage, and prioritize business needs.
Preferred Skills
- CCBA or CBAP certification.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Business Process Reengineering, CRM, Data Analytics, ERP, or Knowledge Management.
- Experience with design thinking and workshop facilitation.
