Description

You will manage business requirements and functional solution aspects throughout the full project development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder needs, scope problems, and develop business cases to define solution scope.
• Document requirements, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions that align with stakeholder needs.
• Develop quality assurance deliverables, including test plans, test cases, and automated testing frameworks.
• Conduct system integration tests with external parties to validate data flow and expected outcomes.
• Prepare end-user documentation, technical design specifications, and business process flows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, application solutioning, and design.
• Hands-on experience across the full project development life cycle.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and data analysis.
• Ability to model business requirements using business process modelling tools.
• Experience performing qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to facilitate workshops to elicit and prioritize business needs.
• Understanding of analytics and data warehouse implementations.
• Experience with Agile methodology and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analysis certification (CCBA or CBAP).
• Knowledge of Design Thinking, Business Process Reengineering, CRM, or Knowledge Management.
