Drive end-to-end product development from concept to market readiness within an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain teams to perform system analysis, discover dependencies, and evaluate vendor tools.
• Coordinate across teams to identify dependent processes and resolve technical challenges.
• Perform detailed data analysis by querying SQL Server and other RDBMS tools to provide solutions to development teams.
• Document system business logic and data flows.
• Demo products to business stakeholders and vendor partners.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a System Analyst within wealth management, trading, banking, or capital markets.
• 6+ years of experience leading multiple team initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong RDBMS skills with the ability to query SQL Server for data analysis.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and API-based architectures.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and messaging-based integration concepts.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vendor tool evaluation in financial services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies beyond basic participation.
