Drive end-to-end product development from concept to market readiness within an Agile/Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to perform system analysis, discover dependencies, and evaluate vendor tools.
• Coordinate across domain teams to identify dependent tools and resolve integration challenges.
• Perform detailed data analysis using SQL Server and other RDBMS tools to provide technical solutions to developers.
• Document system business and data flows while demoing products to business and vendor partners.
• Analyze test results and work with software engineers to build and release products.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a System Analyst within Wealth Management, Trading, Banking, or Capital Markets.
• 6+ years of experience leading multiple simultaneous team initiatives.
• Advanced RDBMS skills and proficiency in SQL Server for data querying and analysis.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and API-based architectures, including REST APIs and messaging-based integration.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and lean methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
