Description

You will perform systems analysis for critical finance applications, building and managing requirement backlogs while overseeing release coordination and testing phases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis to build and manage backlogs of system requirements for finance applications.
• Review requirements, designs, and code to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Plan and execute SIT and UAT testing phases.
• Coordinate releases across Test, Cycle, and Production environments.
• Collaborate with business teams, QA, Architects, Developers, and Project Managers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of IT experience.
• Experience in requirements analysis and developing logical and physical designs.
• Proficiency with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Iterative, and Optimized Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Hive.
• Working knowledge of Hadoop and Azure.
• Experience with Data Mapping and Databricks.
• Proficiency in Jira, Jenkins, Git, Control M, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of code deployments and integration with various applications.

Preferred Skills

• Deep application development experience on the mainframe side.
• Knowledge of claims processing and claims applications.
• Ability to mentor and guide developers.
