Manage technical compliance, audit support, and data-driven risk assessments in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Make compliance recommendations within technical spaces and support operational risk assessments.
• Analyze large quantities of complex, variable data from multiple sources to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Define quality standards, drive process improvements, and support automation initiatives.
• Manage issues and act as an audit liaison using ServiceNow for ticketing, reporting, and dashboards.
• Perform log analysis, security vulnerability checks, and compliance monitoring.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT.
• Proven experience with the AWS platform.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Jenkins, Git, and Artifactory.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as UNIX Shell, PowerShell, Perl, or Python.
• Strong data analytics skills using Tableau for reporting and trend discovery.
• Experience working in Linux and legacy environments.
• Background in Audit, Compliance, and Issue Management.
• Ability to perform log analysis and monitor security vulnerabilities.

• Experience within the financial industry.
