System Analyst

You will manage the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of core business applications, hardware, endpoints, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and technical requirements.
• Develop requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.
• Translate technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements for business users.
• Manage system configuration, execute testing procedures, and develop test cases for quality assurance.
• Monitor system health, gather statistics, and implement maintenance procedures to resolve errors and alarms.
• Implement system upgrades and design improvements focused on scalability and performance.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of database maintenance and administration principles.
• Experience installing, configuring, documenting, and testing new applications and systems.
• Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages.
• Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, hardware, and software troubleshooting skills.
