Description

You will analyze complex programs and develop Java/JSP and Dojo widget-based applications for FileNet environments. You will formulate logic for new features, resolve immediate technical issues, and work on longer-term projects. You are responsible for preparing operating procedure documentation and providing status updates to managers and users. You must be flexible to work after hours or on weekends for urgent tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex programs and formulate logic for new Java/JSP and Dojo widget-based applications.
• Develop and customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) or IBM Case Manager, including search, filters, and custom plugins.
• Resolve immediate technical issues and prioritize work toward longer-term project goals.
• Prepare operating procedure documentation and provide regular updates to managers and users.
• Track stories, tasks, defects, and feature requests using Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS, or Jira.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management application development.
• Strong expertise in FileNet P8 APIs, IBM Content Navigator (ICN), and IBM Case Manager customization.
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, Dojo, JSON, and HTML5.
• Experience integrating custom widgets, business rules, and customizing case manager widgets.
• Proficient with SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
• Experience with SSL certificate management using java keytool or IBM iKeyman.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS, and Jira for tracking development workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FileNet P8 Core Components such as IBM Content Manager, IBM Enterprise Records, and Plugin development.
• Understanding of workflow concepts, in-baskets, roles, Object Stores, Taxonomy, and Inherited Security.
