Description
You will support Treasury operations by managing the full lifecycle of information system assignments.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using waterfall and agile methodologies to identify business process impacts and IT integration needs.
- Develop applications and create detailed technical documentation, including requirements, test plans, and user guides.
- Lead artifact reviews with security and system specialists to ensure compliance with agency policies and standards.
- Manage change control processes for production system fixes, system designs, and architecture standards.
- Validate test data and results, monitor defect tracking logs, and differentiate between defects and new requirements.
- Provide project work estimations and validate schedules to ensure compliance with SUITE Project Management and Systems Engineering methodologies.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in System Analyst roles.
- Proficiency in .NET Tech Stack and Javascript.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and data capture software.
- Strong documentation skills for writing and modifying system requirements and technical guides.
- Proven ability to lead working sessions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in testing, validating test data, and managing defect logs.
- Knowledge of SharePoint administration.
- Ability to follow and implement the SUITE documentation process.
- Experience with project/work estimation and schedule validation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and risk assessment.
