Description

You will support Treasury by performing information system analyst assignments, including application development and security compliance tasks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and assist with updates using the .NET tech stack.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clients using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Draft and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) based on the NIST 800-53 framework.
• Manage change management procedures for production system fixes and architecture standards.
• Validate test data and manage defect tracking logs to facilitate resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in system analysis or related roles.
• 3+ years of experience in security governance, risk, and compliance.
• Proficiency with the .NET tech stack.
• Experience writing requirements in Azure DevOps.
• Ability to write and modify requirements using JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and DevOps tools.
• Proven ability to write, edit, and maintain technical system documentation.
• Experience creating test plans and validating test results.
• Strong ability to lead working sessions and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing training content and facilitating training sessions.
• Knowledge of project/work estimation for project planning and task assignment.
