You will support workforce development applications including OSMIS, Career Explorer, MAERS, and IMPACT.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement gathering and business process analysis to assess "As Is" and "To Be" processes.
- Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, interviews, and focus groups to collect end-user requirements.
- Collaborate with product development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and wireframes.
- Execute software testing, including regression, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans within Microsoft Azure, Excel, and Word.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a System or Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience in software testing.
- 1+ year of experience with RDBMS and SQL.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Experience conducting JAD sessions and requirement gathering.
- Ability to document technical specifications, reusable scripts, and user stories.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participating in sprint ceremonies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
