Description

You will support workforce development applications including OSMIS, Career Explorer, MAERS, and IMPACT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement gathering and business process analysis to assess "As Is" and "To Be" processes.
• Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, interviews, and focus groups to collect end-user requirements.
• Collaborate with product development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and wireframes.
• Execute software testing, including regression, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans within Microsoft Azure, Excel, and Word.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a System or Business Analyst.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing.
• 1+ year of experience with RDBMS and SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Experience conducting JAD sessions and requirement gathering.
• Ability to document technical specifications, reusable scripts, and user stories.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP BO.
