Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by analyzing, testing, and maintaining application systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, test, debug, and install systems to support application requirements and user objectives.
• Consult with business users to identify operating procedures and translate them into functional specifications.
• Investigate application functionality issues and provide first-level troubleshooting and support.
• Manage technical documentation, including custom configurations, user guides, and operating procedures.
• Monitor database integrity and implement solutions for data consistency issues.
• Coordinate with 3rd party development consultants and assist network administrators with application installation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in testing and debugging software applications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data integrity principles.
• Understanding of web and client-server concepts.
• Experience with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, and 10.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to write technical procedures and system design specifications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
