Analyze, test, and maintain application systems to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business operating procedures into functional specifications.
• Debug, test, and install systems to support user objectives.
• Investigate application functionality issues and provide first-level troubleshooting.
• Manage technical documentation, including user guides and system design specifications.
• Coordinate with third-party consultants and network administrators for application installation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in testing and debugging software applications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data integrity principles.
• Understanding of web and client-server concepts.
• Experience with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, and 10.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to write technical procedures and system design specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
