Description

You will lead business system analysis, translating requirements into technical specifications and building supporting applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and processes to identify user needs and document technical requirements.
• Translate non-technical documentation into highly technical subject matter and design data mapping.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and UML sequencing to address process improvements.
• Manage system setup, configuration, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
• Build batch applications and train key partners on new architectures.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in systems analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data mapping.
• Experience with UML, flowcharts, and use case development.
• Strong database skills and experience building queries.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with restful services.
• Ability to write clear, substantial acceptance criteria for Agile stories.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or MS degree.
• Experience with Fidelity’s product offerings and landscape.
