You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation through detailed analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions and system specifications.
• Develop SQL objects, perform data analysis, and manage data integration tasks.
• Document process flows, user journeys, and requirement gaps for technical teams to execute.
• Create technical documentation including story maps, sample flows, and charts.
• Perform administrative tasks on servers and conduct database performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in systems analysis and technical requirement translation.
• Advanced SQL Server skills, including object development and performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Solid understanding of data structures.
• Experience with server administration tasks.
• Ability to produce targeted analysis documentation and technical charts.
• Experience documenting macro-level process flows and detailed user journeys.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
