You will align technical solutions with business requirements for banking applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, SMEs, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Produce technical specification documents based on product backlog refinement.
• Gather, analyze, and document technical and product information to capture new or changing functionality.
• Prepare, review, and maintain technical documentation including software engineering, system operations, and testing documents.
• Manage and catalog the application documentation library for internal and external use.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager within the banking domain.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Experience working within an Agile model.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of technology and business processes.
• Ability to write, format, and edit technical documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
• High attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
