Description

You will own the analysis, migration, and administration of Jira, Confluence, and Codebeamer environments.

Responsibilities

• Compare, analyze, and review configurations across Jira instances to resolve conflicts during migrations.
• Develop and execute test cases for migration validation between source and target Jira/Confluence instances.
• Develop custom plugins and scripts to support migration activities.
• Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and Codebeamer, including configuration export/import.
• Triage and troubleshoot initial migration issues (Tier 1/Tier 2).

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in system analysis, application support, and maintenance.
• Experience administering and migrating bug tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong automation background using Python and Perl.
• Expertise in understanding and modifying JQL scripts for project needs.
• Familiarity with Codebeamer containerization and clustering concepts.
• Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Scrum methodology.
• Ability to develop metrics and dashboards in Jira for reporting.
• Experience working with DevOps tools such as Ansible or Docker for infrastructure automation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
