Description

You will own the analysis, migration, and administration of Jira, Confluence, and Codebeamer environments.

Responsibilities

• Compare and resolve configuration conflicts across Jira instances during migrations.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate migrations between source and target environments.
• Administer Jira, Confluence, and Codebeamer, including configuration export and import.
• Triage and troubleshoot Tier 1 and Tier 2 migration issues.
• Develop custom plugins and scripts to support migration activities.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in system analysis, application support, and maintenance.
• Experience administering and migrating bug tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong automation background using Python and Perl.
• Expertise in understanding and modifying JQL scripts for project needs.
• Familiarity with Codebeamer containerization and clustering concepts.
• Ability to develop metrics and dashboards in Jira for reporting.
• Experience working with DevOps tools such as Ansible or Docker for infrastructure automation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Scrum methodology.
