You will manage identity-related data analysis and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and conduct data analysis using Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Review reports to determine required follow-up actions based on defined processes.
• Manage work and documentation using ITSM tools and SharePoint.
• Execute tasks independently with appropriate guidance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Cherwell or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools for reporting.
• Experience following defined processes to drive follow-up actions.
• Any Graduate degree.
