Own technical success and operational stability for TC3 and CC360 initiatives, ensuring production system reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes and execute resolutions for serious production system issues.
• Contribute to requirements and design for new service offerings and infrastructure upgrades.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and partners to manage services.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior team members during complex troubleshooting.
• Prepare change management plans and update technical, operational, and support documentation.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with UCCE, UCCX, Voice, Collaboration, or VoIP technologies.
• Hands-on experience deploying and administering Cisco UCCE.
• Proficiency with Cisco CUCM, CUBE, and Cisco UCS (Unified Computing Systems).
• Experience with Cisco networking, including NEXUS switches, AS5400 Gateways, ASR, ISR, and ASA Firewalls.
• Knowledge of MS SQL databases and LAN/WAN architecture.
• Experience with cloud-based call center technologies such as Cisco, Avaya, or Genesys.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and oral).
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation with schedule flexibility.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco CCNA certification.
• Experience with CVP and ICM scripting.
• Exposure to VMWare, Windows Server (AD, DNS), UNIX, or Shell Scripting.
