You will implement and improve IT systems by translating client needs into high-quality technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current systems to identify requirements and address technical problems.
• Liaise with users to track feature requirements and document interfaces between new and legacy systems.
• Collaborate with developers to produce new systems and validate changes through program testing.
• Train users on new operating systems and provide ongoing technical support.
• Ensure all projects meet established deadline and budget requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience as a system analyst.
• Hands-on experience with software development and technical documentation.
• Solid knowledge of business information systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP business software applications.
• Proficiency in Visual Basic, C++, and Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
