Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Lead techno-functional implementation and support for workforce planning solutions.
• ✔ Collaborate on product rollout, upgrades, and enterprise support activities.
• ✔ Design business processes, perform functional configuration, and execute testing.
• ✔ Prepare technical documentation, reports, interfaces, and integration workflows.
• ✔ Deliver end-user training, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.
• ✔ Work with stakeholders to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
• ✔ Support API integrations, cloud-native applications, and enterprise automation frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• ✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent field.
• ✔ Minimum 8 years of enterprise technology and workforce management experience.
• ✔ Strong expertise in JAVA Full Stack Development and Spring Boot.
• ✔ Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, Microservices, and CI/CD tools.
• ✔ Knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native development.
• ✔ Familiarity with Agile software engineering methodologies and enterprise architecture.
• ✔ Experience with ReactJS and UI frameworks is an added advantage
