You lead techno-functional implementation and support for workforce planning solutions, ensuring timely project execution and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design business processes, perform functional configuration, and execute testing for product rollouts and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain enterprise automation frameworks, cloud-native applications, and API integrations.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, interfaces, and integration workflows.
• Deliver end-user training, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless enterprise support activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of enterprise technology and workforce management experience.
• Strong expertise in Java Full Stack Development and Spring Boot.
• Experience with ReactJS and UI frameworks.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and SOAP services.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Database experience with Oracle, MSSQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile software engineering methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise architecture.
