Perform system analysis and operational support within a structured IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to documented processes and operational guidelines.
• Manage and create content using office productivity software.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Manage time effectively to meet operational requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience using FTP/SFTP software such as GoAnywhere.
• Familiarity with structured IT environments.
• Strong adherence to operational guidelines.
• Ability to work independently in a structured setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar enterprise financial systems.
• Ability to create and run queries in enterprise financial systems.
