Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by designing and supporting IT systems in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to translate needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Develop system designs, including data models, workflows, and interface designs.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure accurate implementation of specifications.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure reliability.
• Coordinate system deployments, user training, and post-implementation troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proven expertise with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Strong background in business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, and verification.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Experience with system testing and debugging.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or ITIL.
