You will bridge user needs and technical implementation by managing the full requirements lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and capture user requirements through direct engagement with customers.
• Analyze and document technical specifications for application development.
• Deliver documented system specifications independently or within a team.
• Support project delivery by working shift hours covering EU and AP time zones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Consultant or Business Analyst role.
• Proven experience in acquiring, capturing, and analyzing user requirements.
• Experience in front-end facing roles communicating directly with customers.
• Proficiency with MS.SQL.
• Working knowledge of C#.
• Experience with Crystal Reporting or Jasper Reporting.
• Background in .NET application development.
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment (EU/AP hours).

Preferred Skills

• Technical expertise in C#, MS.SQL, Crystal Reports, and Jasper Reports.
