You will act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to design, analyze, and implement system solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts by gathering requirements, documenting business rules, and decomposing them into functional user stories.
• Oversee developers to ensure system builds align with defined business requirements and strategic goals.
• Validate data and troubleshoot issues within relational databases using SQL queries.
• Coordinate product backlogs, system releases, and dependencies within an agile environment.
• Participate in technology test plan development, execution, and provide support during UAT.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience with T-SQL and relational database management systems.
• 10 years of experience designing and proposing solutions to meet business needs.
• 10 years of experience in system testing and data analysis using SQL queries to validate results.
• 10 years of experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 10 years of experience in analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with SQL and working within a Scrum framework.
• Ability to analyze web and mobile applications to recommend technical solutions.
• Experience managing the transition of software features into technical requirements, including epics and stories.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification or experience.
