Description

You will provide technical support for COTs packages and perform system administration across Windows and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure systems and application components on Windows and Linux.
• Gather and document requirements, research options, and recommend solutions for application changes and new efforts.
• Maintain COTs applications and configure changes for SaaS products.
• Ensure application and infrastructure security follows Federal, State, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and technical teams to execute projects and changes.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and perform application and server support duties.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in system installation, configuration, and requirements documentation.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server (2016 and later) and RHEL 7.0 or above.
• Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• 3-5 years of experience implementing and configuring applications in Azure Cloud, including Azure services, containerization, and IaC.
• Experience with Tomcat, IIS, and MS SQL Management Studio.
• Knowledge of SSO protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
• Technical proficiency with XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and Visio.
• Experience using Dynatrace or similar debug tools.
• Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, architecture diagramming, and IoT.
