Description
You will manage Microsoft 365 configurations within the Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment. You analyze product updates for tenant impact and recommend settings aligned with client policies. You create technical documentation for stakeholders and end users. You participate in working sessions with the client product team and Microsoft resources.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess updates to M365 products in the GCC environment.
- Review product configurations and recommend settings that meet client standards and licensing requirements.
- Investigate the impact of product changes on enterprise M365 implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, job aids, and communication materials.
- Collaborate with the client M365 working group and Microsoft support resources.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in M365 administration and configuration.
- Proven experience configuring and administering M365 within Microsoft GCC.
- Strong ability to investigate and document the impact of product changes.
- Experience creating and managing content in SharePoint and Teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical recommendations in written and verbal formats.
- Experience preparing technical documentation for decision-makers and end users.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise implementations of Microsoft productivity tools.
