Description

You will manage the configuration and administration of the Microsoft 365 suite at the enterprise level within the Government Community Cloud (GCC).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor M365 product updates and analyze their impact on the GCC tenant.
• Review configuration options and recommend settings aligned with organizational standards, policies, and licensing.
• Create technical documentation for decision-makers and end-user job aids.
• Participate in working sessions with M365 product teams and Microsoft resources.
• Maintain and manage content within SharePoint and Teams environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in M365 administration and configuration.
• Direct experience with M365 configuration and administration within a Microsoft GCC environment.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Outlook, Forms, Loop, and Viva Engage.
• Ability to investigate the impact of product changes on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
