Description

Manage and maintain COTS applications, configure SaaS product changes, and ensure system stability across Windows and Linux environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure system components for Windows and Linux servers.
• Gather, document, and research requirements to recommend solutions for application changes.
• Diagram architectures using Visio and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Support application and server stability through network, firewall, and IoT management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis and application support.
• Windows Server administration (2016+) and RHEL 7.0 or above.
• Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Tomcat, IIS, and MS SQL Management Studio.
• Experience using DynaTrace or similar debugging tools.
• Strong knowledge of XML, PowerShell, and Azure DevOps.
• Implementation of SSO protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN networking and firewalls.

• Any Graduate degree.
