Description

You will support the Microsoft 365 implementation by monitoring, investigating, and implementing updates to the M365 environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor updates to M365 products within the Government Community Cloud (GCC).
• Analyze the impact of product updates on the M365 tenant in GCC.
• Review configuration options and recommend settings aligned with standards, policies, and licensing.
• Create technical documentation for decision makers and end-user job aids.
• Participate in working sessions with product teams and Microsoft resources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in M365 administration and configuration.
• Direct experience configuring and administering M365 within a Microsoft GCC environment.
• Ability to investigate how product changes affect enterprise-level M365 implementations.
• Proven experience creating and managing content in SharePoint and Teams.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
