You will bridge business units and technical teams, translating business needs into functional system requirements and ensuring alignment with technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, decomposing business needs into detailed features, epics, and user stories for agile iterations.
• Oversee developers to ensure system builds align with defined business requirements and technical specifications.
• Manage the product backlog, coordinate system releases, dependencies, and strategic application integrations.
• Collaborate with QA and management to develop test plans, execute system testing, and provide support during UAT.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and designing solutions to meet business needs.
• 10+ years of expertise using T-SQL for data validation and system result analysis.
• 10+ years of experience communicating complex requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business rules and system requirements.
• Extensive experience with system testing and data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on analyzing business processes for efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage product backlogs and prioritize stories to maximize business value.
• Background in system development lifecycles and application upgrade strategies.
