Description

You will support Wage & Hour Division applications by bridging business users and technical development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and gather requirements through interviews and focus groups.
• Assess "As Is" and "To Be" processes to document gaps and improve business workflows.
• Translate user feedback and business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
• Execute software testing, including regression, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Manage requirements and documentation within Microsoft Azure.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst conducting JAD sessions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with RDBMS and SQL.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for direct customer-facing interactions.
• Experience managing requirements and documentation within Microsoft Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks.
